How to use SMART TRACK

SMART TRACK is evenly applied to the synthetic conveyors at the beginning of the shift or, according to the requirements (approximately every 4 to 6 hours). Preferably, this is done by the fully automated dosing system or manually with an atomizer.
The fluid forms a gossamery highly sliding film on the surface of the synthetic conveyors. The transported material (PET-bottles, soft packages, beverage cartons etc.) can then glide easily, while any contamination below the bands/belts, like mucilage or coats of micro-organisms, are minimized. Hall-dust and dirt should be removed with a high pressure device at periodic intervals.

Please note:

SMART TRACK is only suitable to a limited extent for the transport of glass bottles on stainless steel bands/belts! For such use, please contact our expert.
